Totally inept. Called for 1 1/2 years to correct amounts. Nothing!

I lost over $5000 when my HRA was transferred to VIA by 3M. I asked for 4 years for a start/end-of-year accounting. Now, I got a message I was overpaid by over $130. After many calls I got someone that looked into it. She told me it was not overpaid - but underpaid and different amounts between myself and my wife??? Two days later I got a message I was overpaid by over $27,000. Stated I was not enrolled. I only wish the rating of "0" was allowed.

Nestle made huge mistake!

Via Benefits is the worst nightmare Ive ever encountered. I worked 30 years for Kraft/Nestle Pizza division and they decided to put our money for retirement insurance into an HSA to save them money.

Via benefits attached a wrong phone number to my wifes account and now I cant reset password or access her money in retirement. They stonewall you at every turn.

We need to organize a class action lawsuit to get our money because theyll just hold it any way they can. Ive spent several hours on phone with them and get promised a return call or email to rectify issues but they call the number they put on there that isnt ours and dont give us ways of changing an old phone number to reset our account to access it.

Long, long wait times on the phone with many transfers

I was going to switch to a new supplemental this year but after I made application I never heard back from the new provider so I called after 5 weeks and they told me they never received an application from via. I then called via and told I had cancelled it which I did not.

I then called consumers energy and got a good rep on the line with me to talk with via and we were told that the new plan was not available and that I had cancelled.finally they told me I could get this plan and I would have to reapply. I decided not to because it was too close to the end of the year. I spent over 4 hours on the phone that day for nothing and wondered why you dont check on these applications as you are supposed to be our agent. You always seem to be in a hurry and just want to get rid of us.

I no longer have any confidence in via and am writing a letter to my company to suggest they look at finding us a new provider. There are plenty of them out there. I have talked to many of my fellow retirees and they all agreed with me that via does not do what they promised when we were put on this plan .

Spoke to a representative to help set up Medicare for a client. Representative was rude and made smart comments while answering my questions to make sure my client understood the reimbursement process.

Reimbursements are strung out over weeks

Consistently taking excessive amount of time to reimburse. Their customer service will reply when you put in a help ticket with "Resolved", when actually nothing has changed.

Via Benefits has closed my account. I had over $12,00.00. They said because I didn’t notify them of my insurance change in June they closed my account!!

Via Benefits has basically stolen over $12,000.09 by closing My account. They said because I didnt notify them when My insurance company dropped me. I got a new insurance carrier.

I was very disappointed to be told that I wasn't eligible for VIA benefits this year because I didn't buy my healthcare from VIA. Why did I have to do that??? Now, for this year, I am losing $1200. which I can really use. My husband worked DuPont for 42 years and this is what I get. Nothing!!!

Appointments Don’t Matter

Evidently having an appt does not matter! Waited 32 minutes on hold for a 9am appt to review 2024 plan benefits. I was given option to have a licensed specialist call me back and so far no call back. Not the first bad experience I have had with this company. They tried to say last year I owed funds for premiums and then determined an error on their part and I owed nothing. This company is horrible

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. If you are considering using them DO NOT. Your employees will hate you for it. Everytime i have ever had a problem they have been nothing but a pain to deal with. The people that work there have zero clues, they read whatever the company line is and you get no where. I had to bring corprate in on the last issue i had with them. In ggod faith they said they would do something, then never did it. THEY SUCK! DO not use them! 100%

Not surprised at the low rating. Nothing but bad attitudes. Talk over you, dont follow procedure, unlicensed agents acting as agents to screen calls by answering questions. Ive never had a pleasant experience, ever. Bad answers as well. If you thing this was written because of one call, your wrong.

Deceptive business practices

I have always had problems with reimbursements from these people. This time their email stated documentation not readable and no date of service. The email telling me this had the date of service on it !!! Duuuhhh.. My attempt to file with the State Attorney requires an email address for the company being filed on, the only one I found showed invalid when I entered it. This is intentional, these people are crooks.

I canceled my account in mid 2022 and they made unauthorized payments in 2023 of $1000 that I ended up having to reimburse. They have no business being in business!
