Nestle made huge mistake!
Via Benefits is the worst nightmare Ive ever encountered. I worked 30 years for Kraft/Nestle Pizza division and they decided to put our money for retirement insurance into an HSA to save them money.
Via benefits attached a wrong phone number to my wifes account and now I cant reset password or access her money in retirement. They stonewall you at every turn.
We need to organize a class action lawsuit to get our money because theyll just hold it any way they can. Ive spent several hours on phone with them and get promised a return call or email to rectify issues but they call the number they put on there that isnt ours and dont give us ways of changing an old phone number to reset our account to access it.

I was going to switch to a new supplemental this year but after I made application I never heard back from the new provider so I called after 5 weeks and they told me they never received an application from via. I then called via and told I had cancelled it which I did not.
I then called consumers energy and got a good rep on the line with me to talk with via and we were told that the new plan was not available and that I had cancelled.finally they told me I could get this plan and I would have to reapply. I decided not to because it was too close to the end of the year. I spent over 4 hours on the phone that day for nothing and wondered why you dont check on these applications as you are supposed to be our agent. You always seem to be in a hurry and just want to get rid of us.
I no longer have any confidence in via and am writing a letter to my company to suggest they look at finding us a new provider. There are plenty of them out there. I have talked to many of my fellow retirees and they all agreed with me that via does not do what they promised when we were put on this plan .

Via Benefits has closed my account. I had over $12,00.00. They said because I didn’t notify them of my insurance change in June they closed my account!!

Verified Reviewer |I canceled my account in mid 2022 and they made unauthorized payments in 2023 of $1000 that I ended up having to reimburse. They have no business being in business!
