Terrible customer service.

DonVIA Benefits is the provider for Medicare advice to Bronson Hosp retirees. They are impossible to work with, even with an appointment. I had scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm. When I called at my appointment time, I received a message that the wait was 1 hour and was given the option for a call back. I've waiting over 1.5 hours and still no call back.

User's recommendation: Don't let your employer use this company.

Reimbursement

Almost nine months. That's how long I have been waiting, and still waiting, for my reimbursement funds to transfer over to my account. I can't do anything because this is the company my former employer chose to handle the retirement accounts. All I can wonder is if there is mismanagement within this company. If it were up to me I would never do business with VIA Benefits.

User's recommendation: If you can, go somewhere else.

I'm still waiting to get my wife's benefits, for 2021. I've been dealing with them since December.

*** calls, emails, learning a new complex company website,. All for nothing so far.

They won't answer my questions. I've sent them the documents they requested multiple times. I've sent them Tickets. They get approved, but nothing happens. There website/customer service process is a joke.

User's recommendation: Pray. If you're stuck with them because you worked for Ford or whomever, they don't care. Pray.

Horrible customer service

Submitted request for reimbursement via dental EOB. The agent changed the amount I requested to the amount the dental insurance covered creating a denied request for payment reimbursement no documentation submitted. 3 phone calls two trouble tickets to resolvemy question is why do they change requested and verified request without explanation. Very hard to receive reimbursement
